Part III: The Truth about Susan Crites and the West Virginia
Society of Ghost Hunters:  Crites on the Run

Ms. Crites gives new meaning to the saying, "If you can't take the heat, get your a** out of the kitchen".  In this case I
guess it is, " get your a** away from the prying eyes of the doubters and general public, who may have the audacity to
question her ridiculous actions and devious intentions.

Today December 15, 2005 Susan Crites has officially announced her intention to take  cowards way out.  On her
Yahoo! Group she announced that as of  January 1, 2006 everyone that Susan doesn't’t know will be removed from
the group.  This should confirm beyond a reasonable doubt to all of you out there that something just isn't’t right here
with the West Virginia Society of Ghost Hunters.  When numbers are dwindling and questions are arising, Susan
retreats underground away from anyone who she doesn't’t personally know. This latest action should open everyone’s
eyes, whether they are Susan supporters or detractors, and should erase any hope that Susan is honest and well
meaning.  Susan, at this point, must remove herself from the prying eyes of those who question her actions and
motives, because she has no reasonable answers. Here's a post from Susan's Yahoo! Group this morning:

Effective January 1, 2006, the Mountain_State_Ghost_Hunters Yahoo Group will change.  It will be available only to
current members of the WV Society of Ghost Hunters.

The Yahoo Group will be used as a communications forum for members to receive information about date, time,
location of Ghost Hunts.  This information has never been posted on the Yahoo Group; exchange information about
what actually happened on Ghost Hunts in greater detail; and exchange information that is  important to members but
not to the general public.

You mean like whatever new twists you add to your scam, such as saying,  “We are embarking on a scientific study of
EVPs, so pay me for the honor, because it is sure to receive worldwide attention.”  That is a paraphrase of the actual
group email, I assure you Susan’s version was much longer, more flowery,  and filled with tons of misinformation.
Susan, what world do you live in?

We are making this change to eliminate anonymity among the members of the Yahoo Group.  While anonymity is a well-
respected tradition on the Internet, it is in the best interests of the WVSGH to be confident that members of the Yahoo
Group are who they say they are, are old enough to be participating and are genuinely interested in ghosts and ghost
hunting.

First of all who would join this group who isn't’t interested in ghosts, that does not make any sense.  Secondly what
does age have to do with this?  You allow ten year olds (4th graders and up)  on your ghost hunts and into your
training but they aren’t allowed on your Yahoo! Group.  How many 9 year olds do you fear have joined you group?
Thirdly, eliminate anonymity, for what possible reason?  We have quite a few of your members in our group and see no
need to remove them. Of course that may be because the WVGH, our organization, has nothing to hide, The one and
only reason for eliminating these people is to take some of the heat off because you cannot answer any of the
questions we have raised.  For once in your life stop hiding behind your lies with more lies and stand up and proclaim
the real truth.  Susan here is what you should say, “I am closing my Mountain State Ghost Hunters Yahoo Group
because I fear the questions that some of the doubters, both WVSGH insiders and outsiders, in our Yahoo Group have
raised.  I am unable to answer these tough questions so I am getting rid of these doubters. I am tired of the effort I must
put fourth to censor all of these group messages and then making up the preposterous excuses I use after I reject the
individuals message.  So therefore I am going to kick out everyone who does not unquestionably accept everything I
say" "Out of sight, out of mind, right?”  I know that all of these lies you have told over the years, catching up with you all
at once must be very stressful but I assure you nobody can hide from the truth forever.

All current members of the Yahoo Group will be deleted on January 1, 2006, unless they are current members of the
WV Society of Ghost Hunters or have made arrangements to remain in the Yahoo Group with Susan Crites.

Thank you.

Yeah I can’t wait to see how many non-members of the WVSGH you let stay.  My bet is zero and unfortunately you will
need to eliminate some of the current WVSGH members as well, simply because you have lost their unquestioning
trust. These people trusted you and you take advantage of that and as far as I am concerned there is no lower form of
life than someone who would do that.  All of us here at the WVGH wish you  the best of luck with continuing your scam
but I fear you may have some very large obstacles to overcome.  You brought this on yourself with the arrogant
disrespect you displayed and campaign of lies you carried out against our group.  I found a great little poem based on
a very wise old saying here it is:

“Grandma always said....
it's not always up to fate...
and someday in the morning....
you will have to wake....
so always remember watch the steps you take....
you have to sleep in the bed you make....”
